GIFT VOUCHER POLICY

All  ggcphoto.com gift vouchers are non-refundable. They have a fixed expiration date beyond which a voucher will no longer be valid.

COVID-19 POLICY

GGCphoto is committed to providing a safe & healthy environment for our customers.

In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, and to reassure our customers, we are taking every possible measure to make sure they are safe & the session is enjoyable.

Therefore, all photo shoots are outdoors, and safe social distancing protocols are followed. 

A face Mask can be worn by the photographer at the client’s request.

PAYMENT

All payments are via PayPal or bank transfer.

Please indicate on your booking form your preferred method of payment.

SAFETY

While I will continuously endeavour to keep clients safe, clients agree to undertake any event at their own risk to themselves and their belongings.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 

  • Gift vouchers are valid for five years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019.

 

  • This gift voucher will cover your portrait session fee.

  • Prices start from €95. For full price list and more information click  here.  

 

  • Prints are not included in the price list above, and can be provided on request.

 

  • The photography session is to be held at a time and location agreed to by the photographer and is non-refundable but can be rescheduled due to weather or illness.

 

  • The photography session is to be held within 30 km of Tipperary Town unless stated on the gift voucher.

​

  • Extra travel charges will apply for photoshoot locations beyond 30km from Tipperary Town.

  • Gift vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

 

  • Vouchers must be redeemed in full within the validity period.

 

  • Should a recipient wish to purchase more prints over and above the value of their gift voucher, then these will be charged for at our normal rates.

 

  • Voucher is for 1 photographic session only and orders from that session must be made within 4 weeks of the session.

 

  • The gift voucher is for the recipient, and their immediate family only. It can be used for a family session, children session or newborn session.
